BIRTHDAY BOY DUSKY...

Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband. I love him so much. He's the greatest husband and father a girl could have. The only problem is, he's getting really OLD! He's the big 2 8 this year. Oh well, I love his old wrinkly self anyways.

I got him a grill for his birthday so I decided to just go with the whole BBQ theme. I even made these cute little hamburger cupcakes. It was fun.

I made this little ruffle bum onesie for "Da Baby Eja"

I took a few pictures of the girls for fathers day. They are definately not professional and the girls weren't really cooperating (except Kaia-she always poses for pictures), so this is the best it's gonna get for now.

I came in this morning and this is what I found. Little business woman Sienna. No wonder my computers are always messed up!!!

The first jalapenos from our garden. Dusky ate them on his hamburger and said they were REALLY good. YEEHAW!

Memorial Day Fun

We've been having "visitors" in our backyard lately. It's kind of fun. I opened the back door and stood there for quite a while taking pictures and he just looked at me. Dusky and the girls went out and caught lightening bugs in a jar. They had so much fun. My kids are out of control with the bugs. We had friends come over the other day and they were saying how funny it was that our kids just go outside and grab worms, caterpillars, frogs, etc. Joe said his little boy is so scared. So I told him to hang around our girls for a while and they will break him in. A few minutes later I went outside and Isaac was standing there with a cup, pointing to frogs on the ground saying "Kaia, grab that one for me" and she would pick it up and put it in his cup. It was so funny.

We've been spending a lot of time swimming in grandma's pool. The girls would "fwim" (as sienna says) all day everyday. I've been swimming too-which is why Kaia has a swim cap on...I'm training for a triathalon. It's been pretty fun. Me, Zach, and Naomi are going to do it so we've been biking, running , and swimming lately.

On Memorial day Zach, Tasha, Dusky and I went to the Braves Game and the Beach Boys concert after. Old man rivers can still sing. It was pretty fun. Plus, Braves played the Phillies and killed them. YEEHAW!

P.S. Did I ever mention that Zach and Tasha bought the house next door to us and they are going to have a BABY!!!! I'm soooooo excited.
