HOORAY FOR GRANDPARENTS!!!

I'm feeling very blessed right now that my children have such wonderful grandparents. Sienna had the opportunity to meet her Great Great Grandma yesterday. I remember praying that she would make it until Kaia was born and here we are another baby later and she's still hanging around. We love her so much!!! We love all our grandparents.

EASTER TIME!

On Saturday we had a party with the Barney family. They all came over and we swam and had an easter egg hunt. Kaia loved the easter egg hunt. She was so cute carrying her little basket around the lawn.

Easter morning.....
She loved her bunny ears. She wore them the entire day.

Kaia didn't want her picture taken (if you can't tell)
Kaia's new trick that she learned. Thanks to Dusky
Kaia loves her little sister
Sometimes too much!!!
Now that Kaia's the big sister she thinks she's ready to go to school too. She got this backpack in her easter basket and she hasn't taken it off for 3 days. She's getting so big!

SHE'S HERE

SHE'S HERE....
Sienna Nicole Goulding was born Thursday March 20 at 3:51am.
She weighed a whopping 8 pounds and she was 20 inches long.
I was scheduled to be induced Thursday but luckily I went into labor Wednesday night. I was so glad. I wanted her to come on her own. I was expecting this one to be an easy labor ( I know that's a bad thing to expect) but Kaia's was so fast. They say you always go faster with your second so that's what I thought was going to happen. But boy was I wrong.
The poor little girl was posterior, which made the labor more painful (for both of us i'm sure) and it lasted longer. But we are very happy that she is here now. She is so sweet.

In the hospital. (After the epidural of course-or I wouldn't have that smile on my face)

The first time Kaia saw her little sister she yelled "BABY!" and ran across the room and kissed her on the head. It was so cute. She loved Sienna so much.
Going home from the hospital.

Us and our little girls.

FUNNY FACE

This is Kaia's funny face that she makes. She started doing it when she would get mad at us, but we would always laugh. So now she does it to show off.

GOULDING UPDATE

I know it's been a while since i've posted. I have a good excuse. My camera broke so I had to send it in to get fixed. Anyway, we are now in Utah getting ready to have little baby sister. Kaia is going through a little bit of an adjustment period and the baby isn't even here yet. I'm a little concerned. She's been going through a little fit throwing stage. It started out with her shaking her finger and saying "NO, NO!" and then proceeding to do whatever it is that she knows she shouldn't.
Now, she's throwing full blown fits. She bangs her head on the floor, or cabinet, or whatever else is close to her and then screams "OOOOOWWWW" She has a permanent bruise on her forehead. So we pulled out the time out chair yesterday and so far she's been on it about 15 times.
I feel kind of bad because she knows things are about to change and she is not very happy about it. She used to talk about the baby and lay her head on my belly and rub it, but now she doesn't want anything to do with it. Everytime we bring up the baby she either ignores us, gives us a dirty look and tells us that she's the baby, or starts to cry.
Besides all of the fit throwing, we've had fun at grandma's house. She is as happy as ever as long as we're playing outside or she has a ball. She's obsessed. We can't get her to play with anything else. She walks around the house all day carrying as many balls as she can possibly fit into her arms.
We took her outside and let her ride the lamb. It was funny. The lamb is terrified of her for some reason.
My wonderful friends threw me a baby shower the other day. They are so wonderful. Lana and Toni drove down from Provo and suprised me. I was so happy, I wanted to kiss their little faces off.
When I went to my doctor's appoiontment last wednesday I was dialated to a 4. I hadn't been in a hurry to have this baby until I heard that. Last time I was having contractions for like 2 days but I wasn't dialated to a 4 yet, so they wouldn't admit me to the hospital. This time I'm at a 4 and I'm not having any stinkin' contractions. BRING ON THE PAIN! Oh well, I know I still have 2 1/2 weeks.
