It's Tanner, no it's Kaia....I can't tell!

This is my conversation with Kaia a few minutes ago.....

Me: Kaia, please get down from there, you're going to fall in the Jacuzzi.
Kaia ignores me
Me: Kaia, get down from there RIGHT NOW!
Kaia ignores me
Me: Okay, that's a rock out of your jar!
Kaia starts bawling and quickly climbs down.

A few minutes later.....

Me: Kaia, please stop throwing things into the dogs cage. Just come back up here on the deck.
Kaia: Um.......No. Just take a rock in the jar out.

Valentines Weekend.

We have had a wonderful valentiMes weekend (as they call it here in Louisiana). Saturday we went to a movie with Bobby & Trisha Green. Always a party with those two. Robin and Garry watched the girls. Then we went and picked up the girls and changed our clothes and headed to the church where Randy Dwayne Fairchild awaited us to be baptised. We got to the church and realized that Dusky didn't have any extra undies or a towel, so everyone waited while I ran home and got him some.

The baptism was awesome. Dusky gave a great talk on baptism and I'm so proud of Randy. He's such a good kid. I feel so blessed that he was able to come stay with us and join our family. He is going to be a great missionary in about a year.

I've also been thinking lately how blessed we are to have Dusky as our husband and dad. He is such a good example. Since the day he came home from his mission he has not stopped doing missionary work. He's a good boy.

Anyways, after the baptism we went to eat with Bobby, Trisha, Robin, Randy, and the missionaries at one of the only good Mexican resteraunts in Louisiana.

Then to top off a perfect weekend. Sienna took her first steps. What a little cutie. I tried to get in on tape, but she didn't want to do it anymore.

Kaia found a new trick. She's a climber, and Dusky encourages it by getting a pillow and teaching her to jump.

Two more videos for you to enjoy.....

This one I take full responsibility for. I was making bread. Who leaves the bag of flour out with a child like Kaia around?

Happy Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary to my wonderful husband. It was 5 years ago today that we started out on this journey. We had so much fun in high school. I was reading through my journal the other night and I had forgotten how much I missed him while he was on his mission. He came home and we were married for months later. We had so much fun our first 3 years....Moving to Georgia and being on our own, traveling the world. We went to Mexico, the Bahamas, Florida, Hawaii, Spain, New York, Gatlinsburg and then we made our move to Louisiana. I loved being married to Dusky. We though life couldn't get any better than that. Then along came Kaia....

She was so perfect. We had so much fun with her. It was fun to watch Dusky with her. He's the cutest, best dad ever. He was wrapped around her finger the second he saw her. We thought life couldn't get any better than that.....

Then along came Sienna. She's the sweetest, fattest, cuddliest little baby ever. Our family keeps growing and we keeping growing closer together. I'm so glad I am married Dusky. He makes me laugh harder than anyone else can. He's a devoted husband and father and I feel like I am really blessed by our Heavenly Father to have him.

I LOVE YOU DUSKY!!!!
