Update on the way...

Stay tuned.....There will be an update of the Goulding Family Reunion coming soon. In the meantime, here are a few conversations I have had with Kaia lately.

1. Kaia: Mom, you're a liar!
Me: No Kaia, I'm not a liar. That's not a very nice thing to say.
Kaia: Yes, you are a liar! Senny, she don't like me.
Me: Yes she does. She loves you!
Kaia: No she don't like me! She's a WIENER!

Not a winner-a wiener. I went straight to Dusky to get mad at him for teaching her that word but it turns out-she heard it the night before when we had a BBQ over here and the boys were talking about their (Hot Dog) Wieners.

She's also really into the whole "Mom, you don't love me anymore" phase when she's mad about something. and she argues with us no matter what we say. If we say "I love you" she says "NO you don't love me." So we say "Okay, I don't love you" and she says "YES, you do love me"

She's gonna be a fun teenager. Good thing she's cute.

Family Reunion #1

Last weekend we had our annual Brad & Diane Holt Family Reunion. A wonderful time was had by all. We went to Orlando, FL. We drove and the girls were sooooo good. Kaia didn't pee her pants once the entire trip. So I guess our little potty training problems are over.

The first day there, we went to DisneyWorld. It was really fun and REALLY HOT! The girls were troopers. They LOVED 'It's a small world' and the Flying Dumbo ride.

Then we went back to the condo and went swimming, swimming, swimming.

The next day we went to Epcot Center. We did a few rides, went to the finding Nemo show (which Kaia LOVED) and ate lunch. Then my mom and dad took the girls back to the condo and the rest of us went on rides. Then we went over to Hollywood Studios and went on some more rides. Dusky and I went running that night and then we order dinner from the Cheesecake Factory.

The last day we did some shopping and then we went to Sea World. It was awesome. we saw the Penguins, watched the dolphin show, watched the shamu show and went on a fabulous roller coaster.

After that we all headed to Georgia. We spent two days there swimming in my parents lovely swimming pool and hanging out. Dusky and I went with Zach and Tasha to a movie. We went to Star Trek. Everybody I've talked to loved it, but we all thought it SUCKED! Oh well, It was a fun night out anyway...

Summertime is almost here.....

we ran a 5k last weekend. I haven't ran in so long, it really kicked my butt-but it has inspired me to get back into running. Naomi came and did it with us. It was her first 5K ever. I'm so prous of her. She did awesome. we also took a few girls from the school. It was really fun.

It's starting to get HOT! I went to wal-mart and bought a little pool for $4.50. It's been a HIT. Even if there isn't water, they play in it all day long.

My wonderful husband planted me a garden. I'm so excited. I already have peas, radishes, cucumbers, tomatos and many other lovely plants sprouting. YIPPIE!!!

He also got me a raspberry bush....

My mom bought me this stroller for christmas and we just got it out and put it together last week. The girls LOVED it! Dusky would drive around the parking lot and stop in front of the house and Kaia would say "i GOTTA do that again!"
Sienna's new thing is...She points at everyone she sees and says "It's a girl!"

I seriously don't know where she got that, but it's really funny.

Kaia is little miss grown up. She talks like she's 30. we were sitting at the table the other night and she looked at me and said "Give me your best shot....I can handle it!"

She also came in the other morning and said "Mom, Senny's a LIAR!"

I said "Seriously Kaia, Sienna can say like TWO words. I'm pretty sure she's not a liar" but then she informed me "She IS. She is a liar!"

I don't know what to do with little miss Kaia. She was totally potty trained. she would even sleep without a diaper, then we went to Utah. She was so busy playing with her cousins that she peed her pants for the first few days. ever since we got home, she pees her pants all the time. It makes me furious because she knows when she has to go, and she knows how to go on the toilet, she just won't do it. So i've started putting diapers on her again. Any advice from all you wise mothers out there?
