Zach, Tasha, Kamari and I decided to do our first ever obstacle course race. We did the Foam Fest 5k at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Besides the fact that it was freezing cold, it was soooo much fun.
We went through 3.1 miles of mud pits, bouncy houses filled with foam, slides, over walls, and much much more. :)
We were WAY out of shape but it was nice because you didn't have to full out run. We were so muddy and soapy by the end. We had a blast!
